The  Florida Panthers sit at the top of the pack of Stanley Cup odds due to a commanding 3-0 series lead and the likeliest path to the Stanley Cup Finals from here.

After a shutout on Tuesday night, the Vegas Golden Knights are even with the Panthers series holding a 3-0 series lead. The Knight play again tonight so you may want to update this section tmw am. won two games so far indicates that they would be the series favorites if they can advance to the championship round.

The Dallas Stars were embarrassed at home on Tuesday. They are now down 3-0 and winning this series now seems very unlikely.

There’s not much to say about the Carolina Hurricanes, as a 3-0 series deficit all but dims the light on their title hopes this year, as +2000 odds would reflect.

Florida Dominating Carolina

The Florida Panthers are on a magical run that only the Sunshine State can understand this time of year. The Panthers have taken over for their neighbor the Tampa Bay Lightning as the dominant Eastern Conference team of the postseason and look all but certain to ensure a Florida team is in the Stanley Cup Finals for the fourth consecutive year. The Carolina Hurricanes are in a deep hole, down 3-0 to the Panthers.

This series has been the Matthew Tkachuk and Sergei Bobrovsky show. The young winger has scored two goals in three games, including an overtime winner in game 1 that set the tone for the remainder of the series. Tkachuk is now up to 19 points in the postseason, good for third among all players.

Bobrovsky has locked in over the course of the series, allowing 2, then 1 and then 0 goals respectively in each game. He’s not giving Carolina the chance to enjoy leads and is shutting out all hope they entered the series with. As the odds reflect, this series is essentially over and Florida will look to win their first Stanley Cup trophy in franchise history.

There isn’t much value betting on Florida to win the series, as they are a -2000 favorite. They are, however, +115 to win Game 4 on Thursday and that might be worth a bet.

Vegas One Win Away

The Vegas Golden Knights are also in the driver’s seat of their conference final series against the Dallas Stars. The Knights have won both home games by a goal each to start out this series and shutout the Stars on Tuesday.  The first two games went to a sudden-death overtime period. Tuesday, the Golden Knights dominated, winning, 4-0.. Dallas’s odds have jumped need take advantage of home ice to get back into this conference final.

Vegas has had six different players score through these first two games, three unique scorers in each game. Dallas has had four goal scorers in the series. Both teams are deep and can get contributions from a several players. Vegas, however, seems to hold a slight edge in that category. The Golden Knights are also looking for potentially their first ever Stanley Cup title, while the Stars are searching for their second.

Dallas is the better underdog to bet on here. The Stars are +2200 to win the series.
