WSOP Offers 12 Bracelet Events With Entry Fees Under $800

The 2023 World Series of Poker has 95 live bracelet events and 12 of them have buy-ins for $800 or less.
The 2023 World Series of Poker begins on Tuesday, May 30 and runs through Tuesday, July 18 in Las Vegas. This year’s WSOP has 95 live bracelet events, and 12 tournaments have a buy-in of $800 or lower. Players have a chance to win a WSOP bracelet this summer for as low as $300 with the debut of the Gladiators of Poker.
There are several online bracelet events on the 2023 WSOP schedule, but we’re just focusing on live events at Paris Casino and the Horseshoe Casino (formerly Bally’s) on the Strip.

12 Shots at Winning a Bracelet for $300 to $800
If you’re on a budget or have a limited bankroll, there are four bracelet events with buy-ins of $500 or lower. It’s the perfect way to get a taste of the most prestigious poker tournament series in the world.
The first affordable WSOP event takes place on Sunday, June 4 at 10am. Event No. 11 $600 No-Limit Hold’em Deepstack is a two-day event that allows one additional re-entry if you bust early. The starting stack is $30,000 in chips. RajVohra is the defending champion and he banked $335,286 for winning this Deepstack event in 2022.
For Pot-Limit Omaha enthusiasts, there’s Event No. 13 $600 PLO Deepstack. The two-day PLO event begins on Monday, June 5 at 10am. The starting stack is $30,000 with 8-handed tables. Konstantin Petrushev is the defending champion and he won nearly $200,000 last year.
Event No. 18 $300 Gladiators of Poker NL Hold’em has four flights beginning on Wednesday, June 7 through Saturday, June 10. The Gladiators of Poker has a $3 million guaranteed prize pool with payouts beginning on Day 1. The starting stack is $30,000 for this debut event.
Event No. 26 $800 NL Deepstack begins on Sunday, June 11 at 10am. There’s one additional re-entry available in this two-day event. The starting stack is a juicy $40,000 in chips. Rajaee Wazwaz is the defending champion, and he took home $358,346 for winning the $800 Deepstack last year.
Variety of Games Available
If you love both NL hold’em and PLO, then don’t miss Event No. 31 $600 Mixed NL/PLO Deepstack. This two-day event begins on Tuesday, June 13 at 10am. Players are eligible for two re-entries. Mixed NL/PLO is 8-handed, and the game changes every eight hands. Romans Voitovs, the 2022 defending champion, earned a first-place prize worth $158,609 last year.
Event No. 42 $800 NL Hold’em (8-Handed) Deepstack is a two-day affair that begins on Sunday, June 18 at 10am. This Deepstack begins with $40,000 in chips and players are allowed one additional re-entry. Richard Alsup is the defending champion, and he took home $272,065 last year.
Event No. 46 $500 Freezeout NL Hold’em begins on Tuesday, June 20. This is an old-school event with no re-entries, so you’re dunzo if you bust. David Perry won the Freezeout last year, which paid out $241,729.
Event No. 56 $500 Salute to Warriors NL Hold’em is a three-day event that begins on Sunday, June 25 at 10am The starting stack is $50,000 in chips, and one re-entry is available. Donated proceeds go to the USO and other veteran organizations. James Todd is the defending champion, and he banked $161,256 in 2022.
Turning $600 into $300,000
Event No. 64 $600 Deepstack Championship NL Hold’em is a four-day event that begins on Wednesday, June 28 at 10am. The starting stack is $30,000 and players are eligible for only one re-entry. Day 1 features 40-minute levels, but the other days have 60-minute levels. Tamas Lendvai is the defending champion and he won a shade under $300,000 in 2022.
Event No. 70 $400 COLOSSUS NL Hold’em is a four-day event with Flight 1A beginning on Friday, June 30 and Flight 1B slated for Saturday, July 1. Starting stacks are $40,000 and players are allowed to re-entry only once per flight. Paul Hizer is the defending champion, and he shipped $414,490 for winning the 2022 Colossus.
Event No. 77 $777 Lucky 7’s NL Hold’em with three flights starting on Friday, July 7 and running all weekend. This seven-handed event has unlimited re-entries per flight. Starting stacks are $40,000 and payouts begin on Day 1. Gregory Teboul won the 2022 Lucky 7’s event for a score of $777,777.
Event No. 81 $800 Ultra Stack NL Hold’em has two flights starting on Tuesday, July 11. Players are eligible for two re-entries per opening flight. The Ultra Stack is a brand new event, which features $60,000 starting stacks.
